You will be hard pressed to find someone anywhere that has been in construction as long as Larry has been – especially in Northern Michigan. As impressive as that is, in 50+ years, Larry has also NEVER not completed a project. As the true definition of commitment, you will rest easy that Larry and his entire South Arm Construction Team will help bring your dream to fruition.
A life-long resident of Northern Michigan, Jim recently joined the Team at South Arm Construction as Operations Manager where he believes Quality and Service are priorities. His proven track record will ensure our aggressive growth goals are able to be achieved from a production standpoint as he leads the team through various processes and procedures.
Ellis is quite the family man and enjoys many sports from football to hunting & fishing. His strengths of estimate thoroughness and attention to incorporating his customer’s needs make Ellis a true asset as he works with a broad variety of clients and their projects with diverse Scopes of Work.
Born with a hammer in one hand, Kevin now resides in Indian River and brings a wealth of Project Management instinct and Supervision experience to South Arm Construction. His ability to manage several projects at the same time is definitely one of his strengths and comes in handy when there are several on the books.
Tracey is a wife and the mother of two great children. Anyone that knows the organizational skills and attention to detail of a wife and mother of two also knows that she manages a pretty tight ship in the offices of South Arm Construction! After growing up in Alpena, Tracey now resides in Gaylord where she enjoys horseback riding with her daughter, nieces, and nephews along the beautiful state land trails of Northern Michigan.
